Other Automobilia
The following items give an impression of what I consider to be miscellaneous Automobilia.
The first item is a Canadian issue of Panini. The following card I am showing here is part of a nice set of 7 cards, which are not very big, but suitable for framing. I have a framed set hanging in my hobby area and it is very colourful.
The set is available for an amount of $ 15 or Euro 10, excluding postage & packing. For more information, send me an e-mail. I still have a few sets available.
In the early 90's a publisher in Switzerland with the name Edit-Service S.A. issued a large series of square photocards with many different car models. These could be obtained by taking a subscription and I had one. I have listed all the cards that were issued on TVR with their respective numbers (all preceded by D5 019 for the Dutch issue). These cards, which were available internationally and in various languages, are too big for my scanner so I cannot show you any pictures yet.
1959 - 1962 TVR Grantura II, # 66-05
1969 - 1971 TVR Tuscan, # 58-15
1980 - 1982 TVR Tasmin Coupe, # 37-03
1987 -------- TVR S3C, # 61-12
1989 -------- TVR Speed Eight, # 32-03
1990 -------- TVR Griffith, # 89-15.A set of 4 smaller size cards were issued on the Birmingham Car Show in October 2000. They show the De Tomaso Mangusta Convertible built by Qvale Auto. This company has been taken over by MG-Rover.
Here two of these cards are shown. And here are some so-called mark clips, advertising paper clips which are issued by many companies to advertise and promote their brand name. Also car companies have issued these mark clips and I have a variety of them of which a few are shown here.
If you have more of these I would be interested in trading or buying them at a reasonable price. Please contact me by sending me an e-mail. Thanks a lot.
